Aqua Fitness for Babies
Aqua Fitness for Babies is a playful way to help infants get used to the water and provides early psychomotor stimulation in the water for infants
starting around the 6th week of life. In addition to promoting psychomotor development and personality growth, Aquafitness for Babies
helps strengthen the parent-child bond and encourages social interaction among the children. Aqua fitness
for babies has a positive effect on subsequent movements such as crawling, walking, and climbing. And let’s not forget the fun that
water brings to young and old alike. This course is led by midwives from our facility.

independently without losing the necessary respect for the water. Other topics include safety training and self-rescue exercises, diving, climbing, jumping, and swimming in clothes. After completing a series of
exercises, advanced participants earn the “Bobby” seal badge. The courses take place at the Hoppecke Indoor Pool.
