way to establish a deep connection with your child even before birth and to support prenatal communication.

To enhance the physical and mental well-being of expectant mothers, we offer yoga classes.
Yoga offers everyone the chance to tune into themselves, become aware of their bodies, discover themselves, and—above all—learn to breathe consciously.
The positive effect of reducing stress and emotional tension through energy balancing is undisputed.
This technique therefore provides excellent support for breathing exercises during childbirth and, consequently, for targeted relaxation.
